Scope
Provider: Lukevent AG, Rothusstrasse 21, CH-6331 Hünenberg, Switzerland. Lukevent AG is the provider of the services offered under gastropilot.ai. These terms apply to pre-contractual contacts and services by gastropilot.ai for business customers. Individual agreements, including design partner, pilot or licence agreements, take precedence.
Early access
Submitting an early-access or design-partner enquiry is a non-binding expression of interest. It creates neither a right to access nor a paid contract. Selection, timing, scope and technical requirements will be communicated directly before admission.
Design partners and pilots
A design partner or pilot relationship begins only through a separate agreement defining scope, term, cooperation duties, data access, fees or fee-free use and termination. Preliminary product versions may change and must not be the sole basis for safety-, employment- or finance-critical decisions.
Cooperation and access
Business customers provide agreed information lawfully, appoint responsible contacts and protect credentials against unauthorised use. gastropilot.ai recommendations do not replace review and decisions by responsible operators.
Intellectual property
The gastropilot.ai brand, design, software, models, documentation and other content remain protected. Any access carries only the non-transferable use right specified in the applicable agreement. Feedback may be used to improve the product and operating method; this does not make confidential operating data public.
Confidentiality and privacy
Confidential information is used only for the collaboration and protected appropriately. Personal data is processed under the privacy notice and any supplementary agreements.
Liability
Statutory liability rules apply. For slight negligence, except for injury to life, body or health and mandatory liability, liability is limited to breach of essential contractual obligations and the damage typically foreseeable. Any further limitation requires an individual agreement.
Final provisions
German law applies. Where legally permitted and both parties are merchants, Munich is the place of jurisdiction. If any provision is ineffective, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
