Website delivery and logs

When this website is accessed, technically necessary connection data may be processed, including IP address, time, requested resource, transferred data volume, referring page, browser and system information. This serves secure and stable delivery under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log data is retained only as long as required for security and error analysis.

The gastropilot.ai website and enquiries submitted through its contact, design-partner and careers forms are hosted or stored on our server at Hetzner.

Forms and applications

When you submit a contact enquiry, design-partner enquiry, job application or registration, we process your name, work email, business or role and voluntary context to review and respond directly. The legal bases are Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual steps and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for legitimate business communication. Recruitment data is deleted after the process unless consent or law permits longer retention.

Recipients and processors

Data is accessible only to people and technical providers who need it for delivery, security and handling your request. Where providers process personal data on our behalf, appropriate contractual and technical safeguards are used. We do not sell personal data or permit its use for third-party advertising.

Media, cookies and analytics

Product videos and brand media are delivered directly through this website. We use cookie-free, first-party audience measurement to count page views, broad referrer sources, selected link clicks and successful form submissions. The system does not create advertising profiles or share analytics data with external advertising providers. IP addresses are stored only as shortened hashes for aggregate unique-visitor counts. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Retention

Personal data is kept only as long as its purpose, statutory retention obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of claims require. It is then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights
